Community Management • To build the strongest neighborhoods, HOA’s must understand the value of proper community management • Fortunately, HOA boards have the power to do more than enforce CCRs and collect dues. Through successful community management, they can transform neighborhoods into great places to live

Community Management • Five community management tips for HOA boards to truly make a difference in neighborhoods: • Create Vision – HOA board needs to define where it’s going before it decides how to get there. Board can provide input on ideal neighborhood. HOA members are encouraged to participate in the process. A vision will surface, from this vision, board can develop a vision statement
