  1. Jay Parmley: Executive Director of South Forward Jay Parmley is the Executive Director of South Forward. South Forward is focused on electing Democrats and building the bench in 14 southern states. Jay Parmley is a member of the Technology Student Alumni Association, University of Oklahoma Alumni Association, American Society for Public Administration, and Association of State Democratic Chairs Alumni. He is committed to electing Democratic officials in southern states.

  2. Jay Parmley: A Distinguished Democrat Jay Parmley is the Executive Director of South Forward. South Forward is committed to providing direct candidate support for down-ballot races with a focus on municipal, legislative, targeted statewide, and congressional races. Among his many accolades, Jay Parmley received the Cleveland County (Oklahoma) Distinguished Democrat Award in 2010. Jay Parmley is also in the Oklahoma Technology Student Association Hall of Fame.

  3. Jay Parmley: Youngest Chairman of a State Democratic Party Jay Parmley is the Executive Director of South Forward. Jay Parmley became the youngest chairman of a State Democratic Party when he was elected Chairman of the Oklahoma Democratic Party at the age of 30. Oklahoma Democrats were successful in electing Democratic Governor Brad Henry during his chairmanship.
