  3. Latin America • Difficult economic conditions contributed to the loss of members to multinationals: • De Luca, Argentina • Publiart, Chile • CB Publicidad, Columbia • Otoya, Peru • Grupo Dos, Guatemala • We will be recruiting aggressively in LATAM in the first half of this year

Network New Business • Short listed for Transitions lenses (Global) • Short listed for Virgin Express (Europe) • Short listed Turkish Tourism (Europe) • Several regional wins in Europe • ICOM still suffers from lack of awareness and the perception that 70+ agencies with different names cannot work together
