FollowingarticleexplainaboutYogaBeginnersGuide  : H A T H A Hatha yoga means a system of physical exercises and breathing control used in yoga. Hatha Yoga is the most popular methods of Yoga that is known to offer numerous benefits regarding mental and physical health. This form of yoga includes several asana or postures that help you mainly in the procedure of breathing. Postures range from relaxed lying positions to challenging twists. These postures are meant to support you increase your body strength. Hatha Yoga is ideal for beginners and those who are looking for some relaxation. A S H T A N G A Asthana means a type of yoga based on eight principles and consisting of a series of poses executed in swift succession, combined with deep, controlled breathing. Ashtanga Yoga employs a multitude of techniques, such as postures, breathing, concentration and meditation exercises. Ashtanga yoga makes the practitioner stronger but not give a bulky look, instead of making the practitioner a lean, toned human being., Ashtanga has become a popular choice of not just yoga practitioners, but also athletes looking to augment their sport by adding flexibility and core strength. V I N Y A S A Vinyasa yoga means movement between poses in yoga, typically accompanied by regulated breathing. Vinyasa-style yoga classes are ones where there is a

When Vinyasa is done at a fast pace it becomes more like Power Yoga. But true Vinyasa Yoga is the intention behind your practicing the asanas and focusing on how you inhale and exhale when changing postures. I Y E N G A R Iyengar means a type of ashtanga yoga focusing on the correct alignment of the body, making use of straps, wooden blocks, and other objects as aids to achieving the correct postures. Iyengar yoga is based on principles of Ashtanga yoga, with an emphasis on improving stamina, flexibility, concentration, and balance. Pranayama, or yogic breathing, is part of the foundation of all types of yoga. With Iyengar yoga, breathing is used to maximize the physical benefits of the various asanas. In addition, Pranayama itself helps tone the circulatory and respiratory systems, while aiding proper function of the nervous and digestive systems. The result is a pervasive feeling of calm as well as increased energy. K U N D A L I N IY O G A Kundalini yoga means latent female energy believed to lie coiled at the base of the spine. It is a system of meditation directed towards the release of kundalini energy. Kundalini Yoga was introduced by Yogi Bhajan is the Yoga of Awareness.
