He started working as Area Manager in ICICI Bank. After working for about 1 year, he again started trying to start and set up his own business. It was the father's blessings and the passion to fulfill his dreams that even so many difficulties could not stop Nishikant from moving forward. Nishikant started doing HR work from home by using his skills, gradually passing 1 year, the 40 thousand monthly earning work became in lakhs and Nishikant's bad days started coming to an end.
