  1. What is muvin? muvin is easy way of smart banking for the young! In order to help YOU (or if you're a parent, your child) become the smartest in the financial game. You can get a muvinCard or download the muvin app, get your parent to finish the KYC and get your saving goals rolling! Don't just be book smart, be money smart - only with muvin!

  2. How secure is muvin? • Money and security go hand in hand, which is why at muvin, we make sure your data is protected with bank-level security and encryptions to ensure your money and information are both safe and secure.

  3. How does muvin work? • To put it simply, we take in some of your basic information and determine the account you will need. If you're 18 and above congratulations! you can do your KYC and set up your muvin account on the app. If you're under 18, your parent downloads the muvin app for you and sets up the KYC and you're good to go with either a muvinCard or your own account! And that's pretty much it! You will start receiving real time notifications on your transactions and your parents be looped in to help you through the way!

  4. Why is KYC required for creating a muvin wallet? • The wallet services provided by muvin are governed under RBI guidelines of Pre-Payment Instrument. Basic KYC is mandatory for issuing wallet to the customers. The basic KYC is valid for 24 months. To avail complete benefits of wallet and continue usage beyond 24 months, eKYC needs to be completed.
