  1. End Of Thermal Engines In 2035 what does the agreement contain, which cars will still be able to drive after this date?

  2. THE 27 MEMBERS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION VALIDATED MONDAY, MARCH 27 THE AGREEMENT ON THE END OF THERMAL ENGINES AS WE KNOW THEM TODAY FROM 2035. BUT IT IS NOT SO SIMPLE. EXPLANATIONS. Internal combustion cars will be on our roads for many more years before they disappear.

  3. MAURIS SODALES VELIT  FROM 2035, NEW VEHICLES SOLD ON THE TERRITORY OF THE EUROPEAN UNION WILL NO LONGER HAVE TO EMIT ANY CO2 AT THE EXHAUST. WE ARE TALKING HERE ABOUT LIGHT VEHICLES: CARS AND UTILITY VEHICLES NOT EXCEEDING 3.5 T. TRUCKS AND BUSES ARE NOT AFFECTED. OR TWO- WHEELERS. GONE ARE THE CARS RUNNING WITH A HEAT ENGINE POWERED BY GASOLINE, DIESEL OR LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG), EVEN IF THE LATTER CATEGORY IS NOW A NICHE. NO MORE HYBRIDS.

  4.  CARS AND LIGHT COMMERCIAL VEHICLES REGISTERED BEFORE 2035 WILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO CIRCULATE ON THE ROADS WHERE THEY WILL ALWAYS BE AUTHORIZED, THE LOW EMISSION ZONES (ZFE) BEING EACH YEAR MORE NUMEROUS AND STRICTER. THEY CAN ALSO ALWAYS CHANGE HANDS ON THE SECOND-HAND MARKET. CONSIDERING THE AVERAGE AGE OF THE CAR FLEET TODAY - 11 YEARS - WE CAN EXPECT TO SEE PETROL AND DIESEL ON EUROPEAN ROADS UNTIL 2050. Yes, there are exemptions: companies that market less than 10,000 new vehicles per year will be able to continue to sell models with petrol or diesel internal combustion engines until 2036.

  5. THANK YOU
