  2. Why It’s Important To Repurpose Leftovers Whether you are trying to live a zero-waste life or not, food wastage is a serious issue that has a lasting impact. Think about all the people who can't even access food or the environmental impact food wastage has. If you do not like eating leftovers the next day, one way to do your part is by simply repurposing the leftovers. It's not all bad you know, this way you can still enjoy your previous night's paneer butter masala, but with a little fun twist. https://keyaspices.com/

  3. Tawa Paneer Pulao This is hands down the most perfect way to make a whole new dish out of your paneer butter and rice leftovers. If you do not have any leftover rice, simply steam some. In a wok, add some oil, then add in - just a few sliced onions (as your paneer butter will have onions as well) and fry. Then throw in a few halved cashews and your paneer butter masala. Fry it for a bit, add water if needed. Lastly, add your steamed rice, mix well and serve. https://keyaspices.com/

  4. Butter Paneer Roll This is a great option to repurpose your leftover panner masala if you plan on feeding it to your kids. All you need to do is chop up the paneer pieces from the paneer masala. Heat a little bit of oil in a pan and throw in some julienned carrots and capsicum, and fry them for a bit. Next, add in your chopped paneer and the rest of the gravy. Let it fry for a bit till the gravy reduces a bit. Fill it into some Malabar parathas or regular rotis and you’re done. https://keyaspices.com/

  5. Sandwich This one is another kid-friendly option. You can also take it to the office in your lunch box. Start by reducing the paneer butter in a wok and keep it aside. On a plate, lay down two slices of your choice of bread. On one side, lay down lettuce leaves, then spread out the panner masala over it. Then, spread out a few pieces of onion rings and chopped capsicum. Then put a slice of cheese over it and sprinkle some black pepper powder over it. Cover it with the other slice and you’re done. Kebabs  This one will take longer than the aforementioned methods but is worth the effort. Reduce your paneer gravy and keep it aside. In a bowl, add in some besan, chopped veggies, a little bit of salt, sprinkle some of your favorite spice combo pack, and then add in the paneer butter gravy, give it all a good mix until everything is combined. Roll them into kebabs, roll them in breadcrumbs, and fry. You won’t regret the effort. https://keyaspices.com/
