  1. How to Create a Water Garden? A water garden is a garden that is planted with aquatic plants and may be covered with a water characteristic like a fountain, pond, or waterfall. It is generated with water-resistant ingredients like concrete, stone, or liner to contain the water and prevent it from seeping into the nearby soil. Generally, water plants include floating plants like lilies, lettuce, irises, and rushes. Water gardening has become more popular for homeowners who want to add some life and beauty to their homes. Now I am going through some tips on how you can create a water garden. There are four rules you should follow in your water garden. First pools need aquatic plants, and water snails for ecological balance. Grow aquatic plants in ordinary garden soil for your container. 75 percent of water needs to be covered with vegetation. Don’t need to change the water anymore. Select a location: You should select a location where at least six to eight hours of direct sun is found. The aquatic plants are very sun lovers. You should avoid a low-lying area that may direct unwanted run-off rain and irrigation into your pond

  2. Select your plants: The perfect choice of your plants can raise the look and health of your water garden. Some plants also can create oxygen which decreases algae growth and others can be used as ground cover around the pond. Place your plants on the floor of the poll: Though it is a small size, oxygenator plants can grow in the sunlight. It can be placed 30 centimeters deep on the floor of the pond. Because it is already in a container, so there is no need to have soil or gravel at the bottom of the pond. If you want to grow water garden indoors then you need to use grow lights as it will act as an alternative light to sunlight. Use the landscape of the pond: To make your water garden more interesting, you can use your house bricks to sit the plants on. You can use bricks to sit the plants above the water. You can place the bricks around the whole pond and set the plants on top. Plant ground coating:

  3. Plant ground coating helps to soften the landscape which protects your fish from predators. To plant a ground coating, you should dig a hole, deep enough for the roots. And establish the plants in a dent, coating it with soil, and water it in. Add floating plants: You should add in your garden floating plants like water hyacinths and water lilies. These plants don’t require soil and their roots come in direct contact with the water. Fishing time: Lastly, when your garden is established, now you can bring in some small goldfish and mosquitofish. But we will be advised to wait a couple of weeks before adding fish because it allows good bacteria time to be established. When you release the fish you should submerge it for about 15 minutes. Conclusion: A water garden allows you to fetch a new plant and wildlife into your backyard in a way that consecutive flower and vegetable gardens cannot. Water gardens make your home more inviting, more romantic, and more livable. It also gives you a sense of peace and tranquility. If you have any ponds, metal buckets, resin tubs, whiskey barrels, or bathtubs don't waste your space you can create your water garden.
