    3. Student Accounts Department Who are we? We are a division of the Business Services Office located at 20 Valencia Street What do we do? The Student Accounts Department is responsible for ensuring that all charges and payments are posted to the appropriate student’s account to include:

    4. Invoicing and collecting tuition, housing, parking, insurance, pre-paid plans, meal plan options and any other college related expenses. We credit all financial aid, grants, student loans, scholarships, and any other state, federal or private funds received on behalf of your student.

    5. July 10 - Fall Term E-Bill Notification- (Student Account viewable with Parent Pin) Aug. 1 - Fall Tuition Payment Due Date Nov 14 - Spring Term E-Bill Notification Dec. 1 - Spring Tuition Payment Due Date

Parental Information Authorization In accordance with FERPA, the (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) a federal regulation, if you as the responsible billing party, would like to have access to or receive information regarding your student’s account, please have the student complete the “Student Account Information Authorization Form” This form can be downloaded from the web site https://my.flagler.edu Business Services Tab

    7. Form available @ my.flagler.edu – Business Services Tab, Downloadable Forms Section

    8. Any communication with or from our office will be sent to the student’s Flagler.edu e-mail address. This is our preferred way to communicate with your student, so we request that your student read all correspondence sent from the Student Accounts Office. It is the responsibility of the student to keep all information current and accurate at all times so we can provide you with any information you request. If you as the responsible billing party, wish to be copied on any informative, student account related e-mails, the student must complete and have on file with our office the E-Mail Authorization Form

    10. Flagler College E-Commerce for Parents & Students All transactions related to the student’s account, will be accessible and viewable through our secure web site at my.flagler.edu, Business Services Tab. To facilitate you in making payments, this web site is available 24/7/365 from any internet connection. Once you have made payment, you may save the information, eliminating the need to re-enter credit card or e-check information for future payments.

    11. STEP BY STEP SETUP Student Authorizes Parent/Guardian Parent gets e-mail notification Parent signs in and creates own password (this must be done within 48 hours of issuance)

    13. Student Selects “View and Make Payment”

IMPORTANT NOTE The Student Accounts Office does not accept ANY credit card Payments in the office The College does accept the following cards on-line only: American Express  Master Card Discover Card These have a convenience fee associated with their use E-Checks are free! We DO NOT Accept VISA on line or in the office but as always, we do accept the old stand-by……..cash

At Home activation Students should activate the OneCard at home prior to arriving on campus for Fall classes If your student has not received the OneCard yet, please contact us so we can check on the status for you Please verify legal address prior to leaving campus today – Ringhaver Center , 2ND Floor – 3:30 to 5 pm
