Freedom Equals Responsibility • Satisfactory Progress - GPA and minimum progress • Declare a Goal - By 3rd semester come declare a major - Create a Student Educational Plan with a counselor • Manage Yourself -Come to class -Read ahead -Study and review -Keep track of deadlines -Manage your time

We want you to succeed! • Stay connected • Join study groups • Visit your professors during office hours • Get involved in student organizations • Use the Resources: - Library - Counseling - Math Lab - DSP&S - Tutorial Services - Writing Center - Financial Aid - Health Services - Transfer & Career Center

Get Your Student Educational Plan • Be sure you have an updated Student Educational Plan (SEP) on file. • Call the counseling department at 222-8440 to schedule your appointment. • Your SEP will be your roadmap to academic success – don’t waste your time taking classes that are not towards your educational goal. • Make your appointment today to meet with a counselor!!
