  1. What is a Yoga-Pilates Fusion? Over the last decade, with the explosion of digital accessibility, both Yoga and Pilates have grown in popularity. Many choose one over the other yet can’t help but wonder if the other side is greener. Soon thereafter, many coaches, trainers and gurus began experimenting with Pilates & Yoga and voilà!
