  2. Chicken breasts are a favorited meal. They are filled with protein. One good thing about this is that they are very easy to prepare. If you leave it in the oven too long will be overcooked and dry. 02 - STIR FRY Cut the chicken into thin strips. Place then in a non-stick skillet. Cook for up to 5 minutes, or until they are browned. When you are ready, add in more ingredients for the stir-fry dish. 03 - RUBBED Take a spice mixture and rub it evenly over the chicken breast. Then spray the chicken down with a little bit of cooking spray in order to keep the spice mixture in place. 04 - CRUSTED Crack open an egg in a bowl. Stir it well. Place the crust ingredients on a plate. Dip the chicken in the bowl of egg and then roll it on the crusting ingredients for coating.

As the meal cooks, the garlic becomes creamy. Spread the garlic on crusty French baguette. 06 - GRILLED Pre-heat the grill or use the non-stick skillet. Add a chicken that has marinated into the skillet or grill. Let it cook for up to 5 minutes for each side. If you are using a grill, then you will need up to 8 minutes for each side. If you are using the thermometer, the chicken is ready when it reaches 170 F. 07 - MARINATED Prepare the ingredients you intend to use to marinade the chicken. Prepare them in a resealable plastic bag. Place the chicken and let it sit for an hour so the marinade can penetrate the meat. 08 - BARBECUE Barbecuing is the easiest way to prepare chicken. You just have to make sure that you keep the fire burning. The meat typically takes a while to cook, so you can ignore it for a bit. Prepare the chicken with any kind of seasoning or marinade. Meanwhile, get the barbecue grill ready. Place the meat in the grill. As you are barbecuing, you can bast it with barbecue sauce or any type of ingredient of your preference. Be sure to turn it over every now and then in order to cook all sides evenly.

Place your chicken on the baking sheet. Allow a space of several inches to keep them from touching while broiling. Place cooking sheet under broiler. Make sure you have the meat 5 to 6 inches from the heat source. Leave the door ajar during all of the broiling. Make sure to watch over your chicken while broiling because they can easily burn due to the temperature of the broiler. After browning one side, turn the chicken over. Brush it with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle the combination over the meat. Use the skillet to sautee it until it is golden on the bottom. Then turn it over to repeat the procedure on the other side. Remove the meat from the skillet. Place the broth inside the skillet. Afterwards, scrape up any leftover bits. Add lemon juice and capers while heating up the meat for 30 seconds.
