Ingredients: 300 gm boneless chicken,4 garlic cloves, chopped, 1 egg, 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, 3tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 cubed capsicum, 1 chopped spring onion, 1/2 lemon, 4 slices, pineapple, chopped, Salt according to your taste, Black pepper to taste, White pepper to taste, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour METHOD: Put chicken in a bowl and add 2 chopped garlic, white pepper, black pepper, salt, egg, flour and 1tbsp oil. In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and fry it. Add capsicum, green onion and saute it. Then add fried chicken, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, salt, black and white pepper and mix it. Then add 1 cup water and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Ingredients: 500 g Mixed Vegetables (Potatoes, Cauliflower, Carrot, Capsicum, Green Peas), 2-3 Onions (150 g), 3-4 Tomatoes (250 g), 3 tbsp Oil, 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,1 tsp Salt., Knorr chef’s pavbhaji masala Preparation: In a pressure cooker, add the pre-cut vegetables along with 3 cups water and cook on high flame for 15 mins. Once cooker is cooled, open the lid and mash the vegetables. Ingredients: 250 gmschole, 3 to 4 cloves,2 cinnamon sticks of one inch each, 2 black cardamoms,2 to 3 green cardamoms, 2 bay leaves, 7 to 8 black pepper, 2 dagadphool , ½ mace , 2 tea bags, 2 to 3 tbsp salt/black salt, 2 tbsp refined oil, 3 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp caraway seed 1 t/s sugar,½ t/s red chili powder Method: Very important soak chickpeas overnight in water. Boil chickpeas with the spices mentioned above. Pressure cook until 4 whistles Or until tender. Drain the water from chickpeas. Discard the tea bags and all spices. Take a small pan Or vessel. Add oil to it. Keep on low heat. Once oil is hot add caraway seeds and sugar. Saute for 30 secs. Now add the ginger-garlic paste and keep stirring. Watch out it might just spill over you. After a minute add all the powdered spices from number 5 to 14 except chat masala. Add few mint leaves as well. Stir all nicely for a minute. Just taste and check if seasoning required. Ingredients: 400 grams of paneer, 500 grams of natural yoghurt,2 teaspoon of oil,2 teaspoon of Cardamom, 5 teaspoon of Hing, 1 teaspoon of haldi, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder, 6 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of jeera, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 5 green or red chillies, 2 capsicum, 2 onion, 3 tomatoes Method: Fry paneer in oil, or spray oil if desired and store in a bowl. Saute onions with oil in garlic and ginger paste until golden brown. Add saute capsicum and tomatoes. In a separate pan mix oil, hing, cardamom, turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, lemon juice, jeera and Knorr Paneer Butter Masala .Fry for 2 minutes, then add yoghurt.
