Calendar Fundraiser Info and Uniform Fittings: March 24th, 2011 5 – 7 pm a parent must be present Money Due: 1st payment - April 1st, 2011 by 3 pm 2nd payment – April 15th, 2011
Constitution Please make sure you pick up a copy of the constitution if you do not already have a hard copy. Your cheerleader will need to keep this for the year.
Camp Information • Dates are :June 13th – 15th 2011 • Both 7th and 8th grade squads will need to attend! • Camp will be here at TMS, times TBA. • If your child cannot attend, please let us know asap!!!
Cost • Please refer to your cost sheet with itemized costs. • Shorts – It is your responsibility to provide black, gray, and maroon shorts. Soffe shorts can be found at Academy, Wal-Mart, Kohls, etc. • Other costs may occur through out the year. • Any questions?
FUNDRAISING Money due: Monday, April 11th by 4 pm. • Benefits both squads • Money is used for: • 10% of total sales will be deducted from second payment. • First Aid Bags • Poster Paper for Spirit Signs • Paint for Spirit Signs March 24th Parent Meeting 5pm to 6pm Uniform fittings will follow.
