  1. Tracker Study to Gather Feedback and Understand Employee Opinion Study Type: Tracker study Target Group: IT workers, IT Managers, Directors, VPs and IT C-level Executives Sample Size: 100 per market Geography: China and India 1

  2. In my opinion… This is great, but.. Perhaps… Definitely Excellent This work What were the research requirements? The client wanted to gather internal feedback about the products and services offered by them, while keeping their competitors’ offerings as the backdrop for comparison. © 2019 Borderless Access 2 2

  3. What were the challenges? • The main survey was for 30 minutes, upon completion of the main portion, the respondents were directed to another short survey of 15 minutes. And due to this high LOI of 45 mins, we expected a high dropout rate. • It was challenging to track the progress since the client used to provide an update post active hours in both the markets and there was no reporting link either. Also, managing time zone differences was challenging and we had to toggle between the client and internal team. © 2019 Borderless Access 3 3

  4. How did Borderless Access tackle the problem? • We pre-targeted sampling with a good incentive structure, which helped boost up the response levels. Also, while sending out invites the respondents were informed about the length of the main survey as well as about an optional short survey that provided additional points. Sweepstakes were included to combat the drop out issues in-field. • Client was always kept well-informed of the infield progress and any change in field metrics. • Upon getting an understanding of the achieved TG quotas, we engaged our panel team to help with fresh recruits in accordance to the required audience group. The profiling process was done in parallel with the recruitment process. • A backup project manager was included along with the main project manager to help manage the teams across time zones and ensure smooth field progress. © 2019 Borderless Access 4 4

  5. Outcome We achieved the required completes in both the markets with the required quotas. The client was very happy with our team’s ability to deliver quality and on-time service delivery. We got the opportunity to field additional sample sizes in both the markets and achieved results over and above our target. © 2019 Borderless Access 5 5
