MWR Board of Directors (BOD) • Chartered in 1992 and first met April 1993 • Voting members: • Army Commanders and Army Component Commanders • Non-voting attendees: • DCS, G1 as Exec Sec and Chairman of EXCOM • CDR, FMWRC • COA (MILDEP) • ASA (FM&C) • BOD guidance from the first chairman (GEN Riscassi): • Involve senior leaders in oversight of quality of life issues • Decision making forum for MWR related issues • Operational standards for MWR programs • Dictates “how” we do what we do

FMWR Working Group Responsibilities • Working Group • Work issues to develop long & short term goals • Develop implementation plans & measures of performance • Develop goals & plans for alignment with corporate objectives • Ensure linkage with budget • Configuration Control Board • Submits MWR Enterprise • Information Systems Architecture • initiatives to WG, EXCOM and BOD • for decision and funding • Capital Investment • Review Board • Reviews & prioritizes projects
