  2. 1 Introduction • These Foods Have Negative impact on your brain. • Affect your mood, memory and increase risk of brain-related conditions (e.g. dementia) • Eliminate Or Reduce them from your diet. • These are the 5 Foods

  3. 1 Refined Carbohydrates • Raise Blood Sugars when eaten in high amounts. This impair memory in adults and kids.

  4. 2 Sugar Sweetened Drinks Example:Energy drinks, Soda, Fruit juice, and Sports drinks. • High intake increase risk of: • Alzheimer ’s. • Dementia. • High intake: • cause insulin resistance in your brain • Reduction in memory, brain function, the formation of neurons and learning. Healthier Alternatives: Vegetable juice, Unsweetened ice tea, Water, and Greek yogurt.
