Reviewed ERCOT System Outages and failures • ERCOT presented the monthly Incident Report Planned outages • No planned outages for the month of October Unplanned outage • October 15 – MarkeTrak API • Experienced issues – root cause unknown • October 28 to 29 – Retail System Degradations • Impacting 867s processing • Market Notices submitted to Market Participants

  4. #2 2. ERCOT presented Service Availability • ERCOT presented SLO for the month of October • Overall a good month for the October 2013 • MarkeTrak • API update slower but no significant changes from last month.

  5. #3 3. ERCOT reviewed SLA • ERCOT scheduled 7 planned outages not specific to 4th weekend releases • Reviewed exception language adding 45 day notice for SLA changes and 10 day notice for cancellations. • Clarified extended unplanned outage timeframes

  6. #4 4. Reviewed 3rd Quarter Performance Measures. • Mike McCarty presented 3rd quarter performance measures • All at 99% or 100% • Very few exceptions • 814_20 numbers higher due to Sharyland

  7. #5 5. TDTWG Implementation Guide • Continued efforts on the TDTWG NAESB EDM V2.2 Implementation Guide sections with a generic format to proceed making edits to each section that are no longer valid and/or correct.

Discussed NAESB Updates • The NAESB comment period for: request, clarification and supporting documentation for standardized “Electronic Digital Signature” closed Monday, September 16th. • Final approval received at the executive committees of NAESB with new version to be published May 2014.

  9. #7 • Review System Change Request (SCR) draft • TDTWG made changes to reference all of Section 19 of protocols but included Section 19.7 as recommended by IA surrounding the approval process. • TDTWG requesting recommendation of RMS to present to PRS on November 21st.

Additional Ad Hoc Items • SCR timelines necessary in order to implement in 2015. • SCR for NAESB version 2.2 Nov 2013 RMS (20th) • Nov 2013 to PRS (21st) • Dec- IA to RMS • Jan 2014 to TAC • Feb 2014 to Board • April 2014 project kick off • Planning complete by August 2014 • NAESB version published – Q1 2014 • Feb 2015 Released to ERCOT Internal Testing • 2 months • May 2015 Release to Market Test
