  2. Retail Market Subcommittee Revision to RMS Procedures (vote) • Revision includes • Expand RMS responsibilities to include monitoring of Advanced Metering Systems issues and Smart Meter Texas portal • Add new Working Group • Advanced Metering Working Group Meeting Title (optional)

  3. Retail Market Subcommittee Advanced Metering Working Group • RMS approved 12 new change requests this month for monitoring AMS data • The Joint TDUs will provide Impact Analyses for RMS’ consideration • If RMS approves IA, Joint TDUs make final decision to approve or reject

  4. Retail Market Subcommittee IHDs for Low-income Households • PUCT Project 36234 being restarted – Joint TDU AMS Low-income Programs (opened in Oct 2008) • TDUs have ~$19M to fund low-income programs to provide in-home displays • Staff working with TDUs on program details • Customers will directly interact with REPs (not TDUs) • Details to come in July/August timeframe

Retail Market Subcommittee ERCOT Client Services Withdraws Support for RMS Working Group and Task Force Meetings • Due to resource constraints, client services staff will no longer attend such meetings. • A reference guide to preparing for and leading meetings will be added to the Key Documents section of the TAC web page
