  1. Jay’s Poems By the awesome one and only: Jay Fein Edited by: Mrs. Loveland-Smith

  2. Big Cities Big Cities are sharks They never stop moving They all have different ways of life Some might be safe Some might be dangerous Some might live on But some might die quickly They are as different as peoples thumbprints And most of all they all unique

  3. Winter I always like winter best Cause you can tramp through Snow Feel the refreshing winter chill air Taste the steaming hot chocolate You can listen to kids screaming in an intense snowball fight Look at the decorated snowmen And detailed ice sculptures You can speed down enormous hills On sleds Or skis Or a snowboard

  4. Winter (continued) Or smell the smell of a Burning fire Warming you up And watch snow fall As you comfortably Fall Asleep In your bed

  5. Excitement Excitement is opening a present Excitement is planning a party On your birthday Thinking about the fun and games Untying the bright red ribbon Inviting your friends While your mom takes a picture and waiting Excitement is getting a new dog Waiting to see it for the first time Watching it jump out to you Thinking about all the fun you will have

  6. A Chair Collision Its break time after a long work time on the PSSA I jolt for the computers It seems a mile away I hurtle over one blue chair easy The second chair is next It’s Jacob’s orange chair Everything seems in slow motion I jump My left foot catches on the chair My face jolts forward And smashes against the desk OW!

  7. Sadly THE END
