PLAN C B B A A BUDDHA SCULPTURE WALL C DESIGN BRIEF The moment one entre the office, would be greeted by the mesmerizing Buddha sculpture with green plants in the background creating a blissful atmosphere. The reception area is designed with modern furniture and very unique artworks. It is spacious, elegant and quite welcoming. The director’s cabin has a glass façade on two sides allowing natural light and great view. The furniture is modern but minimalistic and arranged in a way so the space is utilized optimally. 3. DIRECTOR’S CABIN WORKING STUDIO The director’s cabin has a glass façade on two sides allowing natural light and great view. The furniture including interesting integrated wall storage and cantilever table is modern but minimalistic and arranged in a way so the space is utilized optimally. Studio with adequate storage in the form of overhead cabinets and partitions between areas avoid visual cluster. Interesting storage of basic coloured randomly placed shutters. DESIGN BRIEF Conference room is spacious accommodating up to 10 persons and is decorated with lot of small beautiful statues. The huge conference table, trendy chairs and an Tv is perfect for a modern-day office. There are inspirational sayings on one of the wall. Also, one can gaze at the beautiful skyline from the windows. For a less formal discussion with the client, there is a very cozy VIP lounge room consisting of very comfortable modern sofa, chairs and an Tv as well. The walls are embellished with exquisite artworks. Natural light streams in this room from the skylight specially cutout in the slab. Sunlight is partly adjusted through thin wooden pargolas. Studio is the most crucial part of the office as it is where employees spend so many hours a day contrtibuting to the growth of the organization. It was aimed to create smart functional workspace that exudes positive and energetic vibe. Studio is brilliantly designed in open space layout. The glass wall and partitions give you a sense of flowing spaces and visual connection. Layout of the studio facilitates open communication among employees, better coordination and optimum working space. There are wall and overhead cabinets for adequate storage. The glass wall of the studio provides ample light and amazing view of terrace garden that helps in the creation of stress free work environment for employees. Enjoy the fresh greenery from inside the office, feel inspired and rejuvenated. Studio is a great combination of aesthetic appeal and functional space. To hold the discussion regarding various projects, there is a meeting room accommodating up to 5 persons. The meeting room has glass walls and only necessary furniture. The glass walls of the cabin have the design of blueprints on it giving it a unique feel. 3

4. CONCEPT The office can be separated in two divisions i.e. client area and workspace. The client area is designed lavishly and consists of conference room. VIP lounge whereas the workspace is designed fulfill the operational requirements of the company and consists of the studio and meeting room. RESPONSE TO GREEN The terrace garden is the most wonderful space of the office and it will become the favourite space of employees and clients. It’s a perfect place to take a break and feel relaxed, a perfect place to conduct informal work discussions and chit chat with colleagues. Breathe in fresh air, look at the wonderful skyline of the city or appreciate the artwork of workspace. Studio and head cabin positioned toward terrace side with glass partition to get beautiful view of terrace landscape to refreshing and connection with openness. Terrace landscape, is refreshing extension of the office. It is charming area designed with an artificial with lawn, plants. It functions as informal meeting area, for lunches and spot to take break. SECTION - CC SKY LIGHT AT LOUNGE Intended cutout in slab, converted into glass skylight with wooden pargola to have a daylight as dramatize the space. The increase in natural light through skylight provides variety of physical and psychological benefits. It can also be an important tool in attaining sustainability. 4

5. ARTWORK Few careful artistic decision has been taken in designing of ADDA office, abstract art painting on a wall facing terrace area. City scape is show on rustic metal for giving rustic look. Fabric pieces attracted on wall lounge. Basic coloured glass closing few of library shelves. Working drawing printed on film of meeting room. Sculpture of horse face in reception and waiting. MATERIALS Innovation in the material used and improvement in the Rustic metal, aluminium box section. City scape is show on rustic metal for giving rustic look. Aluminium box section are used for cladding most area in office. Dyed oak veneer was selected identifying its natural qualities, to give an office a natural look. We used the veneer with details that intact its own wooden beauty. The real feel of veneer was taken with rubio monocoat polish. Use of natural wood with glass in pargola for dramatic play of light in exterior. Use of rough natural kota stone for flooring in exterior. Combination of different materials like wood, natural kota stone in flooring , rustic iron and alluminium box sections used in the exterior wall of the office gave the sense of connection to the natural environment. It is aimed to use these materials to reflects natural texture beauty of its own. 5

6. PHOTOGRAPHS Overall, used lots of glass walls in design to capitalize on natural light which reduces electricity consumption and gives an easy, uninterrupted flow to the space. Also, the colour green is lavishly used in many of the elements such as plantation, terrace garden, chairs, soft boards, stationary etc. to give a very fresh feel to whole workspace. Let’s just say that office is aproud creation that will surely impress clients and make for a delightful workspace that employees feel very happy to work in. 6
