WorkKeys Internet Version Advanced Functions • Encryption of Reports • An encryption key must be used to open all Validus reports, but does not include Reports Portal reports • Batch Loading Examinees Site Administrators can create a “batch” of registrations from an Excel header sheet, downloaded from Validus • Barcode Management • Allows you to connect paper/pencil BATCH scored assessment results with WorkKeys Internet Version Reports Portal https://vtc.act.org/132901300

WorkKeys Paper and Pencil Changes in Administration • Expiration of Test Booklets • All test booklets are now printed with an expiration date on the front cover • Test Booklets Must Be Returned • All test booklets must be shipped back within one week of testing or on the expiration date, whichever comes first • Scoring of Answer Documents • All answer documents must be scored on or before the expiration date
