Q’ligent is the complete product line for monitoring all aspects of TV service delivery quality – from Radio Frequency signal parameters to content monitoring and verification. • Q’ligent Point – a standalone version of Q’Ligent Vision for deep, on-site monitoring, go-live support and troubleshooting at transmission sites and local head-ends • Q’ligent Point provides all-in-one functionality for on-site monitoring in a box, powerful enough to perform metering, alarmingand stream capturing from up to 4 sources simultaneously • Q’ligent Point minimizes your costs – no need to send engineers on-site for problem analysis and troubleshooting. Aggregate all the data required for root/cause analysis and fault reproduction remotely to avoid vendor pressure

Success stories Channel One Russia VGTRK • Tecom’sQoS and content monitoring network for Channel One Russia & VGTRK (Terrestrial DVB-T2 and analog, Cable DVB-C and Satellite DVB-S2), the largest Russian broadcasters, includes 62 regions (December 2013) and covers more than 80% of the Russian territory. By December 2014, the monitoring network will grow to 170 nodes and cover all 100K+ cities of the Russian Federation. Tecom’s Network Operations Center for Channel One Russia monitoring project took the lead position in the ranking of Broadcasting magazine for the year 2012.
