3. ERCOT System Outages and Failures • MarkeTrakPerformance Dave Pagliai with ERCOT to present report updates to RMS

ERCOT Test Environment • TDTWG finalized the “Business Case” portion of the SCR template to include in Qualitative Benefits and Quantitative Benefits. • Action item: All market participants to use the “testing scenarios” section in the draft SCR to determine the Quantitative Benefits that each company would realize if a Retail Testing Environment was available.

5. 6. NAESB Updates • NAESB meeting on March 25th –Discussion was on Part 2 of the Request filed by ERCOT on behalf of TDTWG to add Transaction-Set code values. These are the values used as Placeholders or Mutually Defined values. In the meeting, there were some concerns raised from NAESB office adding these values to Standard with having no model business processes associated with it. Ended the meeting with no consensus regarding how to add these values and decided to discuss further at a later date and time

NAESB Updates • ERCOT and NAESB staff attorney spoke offline to discuss the Request further and implied that it will be easier to make this change as Minor correction to standard rather than as a request to add/modify the standard. TDTWG Leadership gave permission to withdraw the request and ERCOT formally submitted request to NAESB Office to withdraw R14004 and change it into Minor Corrections Request.

7. 8. Ad Hoc items • RMS leadership wanted to ensure information presented to RMS is not duplicated/repetitive with TDTWG & ERCOT updates to RMS • ERCOT normally presents to TDTWG (MT metrics, system outages, system issues, etc), TDTWG should present only on events that occur at TDTWG. .
