  1. 下載安裝TEJ-致理技術學院 步驟一：致理技術學院圖書館: http://lib.chihlee.edu.tw/mp.asp?mp=100 步驟二：點選電子資源-資料庫-條件查詢 關鍵字內輸入台灣經濟新報，按查詢 步驟三：搜尋到台灣經濟新報財經資料庫(TEJ)，點選此連結後確認連線身份 步驟四：請點選下載程式、將程式儲存至桌面上後，執行安裝 點選此處下載程式

  2. 登入：點選桌面捷徑 校內連線：輸入帳號密碼，按登入 校外連線：至圖書館讀者服務，點選校外連線服務按照其步驟做VPN PROXY伺服器設定並輸入帳密，完成後再進行資料庫登入動作。 1.輸入致理專屬帳密如下圖所示 CHIH TEJ TEJ 1.輸入致理專屬帳密如下圖所示 2.按登入 CLIT TEJ 2. 按連線設定 3. 輸入主機-外網 IP schplus.tej.com.tw 於此對話方塊點選確定即可
