NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • Todo el personal de la Compañía debe ser precavido en el manejo de la correspondencia. • El único limite para su diseño es la imaginación y los recursos de que dispone el fabricante.

NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • A continuación se relaciona unas guías para detectar posibles artefactos explosivos dentro de paquetes o sobres: • Inspeccione el documento sin aplicar presión. • Verifique el equilibrio para detectar si esta inclinado por un lado o tiene un lado pesado.

NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • El remitente hace alusión a una empresa reconocida pero el destinatario o remitente viene escrito a mano. • Las direcciones escritas a mano, provenientes de compañías reconocidas, son inapropiadas.

  4. NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • Los paquetes atados con cordón. • Las estampillas en exceso en las cartas o paquetes pequeños. • Ausencia de estampillas de correo o estampillas no canceladas.

CONFIDENCIAL NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • Notas escritas que desvíe el interés en la observación. • Ortografía incorrecta. • Dirección remitente escasa en información. • Ninguna dirección para devolución o dirección ilógica para devolución.

NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • Las cartas o paquetes que lleguen antes de una llamada telefónica de una persona desconocida, que pregunte si se recibió el artículo es otro indicio. • Puede contener distracciones visuales o dibujos llamativos.

NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • RECOMENDACIONES • En caso de que tenga una carta o paquetes con estos indicios, llame a la Unidad de Explosivos del OIJ. • No abra o destape el sobre o paquete. • Conserve el paquete o sobre en la misma posición.

  10. NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • No lo guarde o esconda. • No lo manipule, ni alce. • No corte las cuerdas o rompa los sellos.

NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • Se debe hacer todo lo posible para no borrar indicios como huellas dactilares, textos escritos a mano y observar la escritura a maquina, sellos postales. Estos elementos serán esenciales para los investigadores.

NORMAS PARA SITUACIONES DE AMENAZAS DE BOMBA SITUACIÓN Y RECOMENDACIÓN ¿COMO DETECTAR UNA CARTA O PAQUETE SOSPECHOSO? • También son esenciales el orden y la limpieza de las áreas. • Las zonas de acumulación de deshechos deben estar libres de residuos, ya que es muy fácil esconder una bomba o artefacto explosivo en la basura.
