  18. CONFIRMAÇÃO DE MALIGNIDADE • Citopatologia – efusões, líquidos, líquor, aspirado de lesões e órgãos (PAAF), respiratório, gastrintestinal, urinária • Histopatologia – core biopsy / biopsias cirúrgicas • Congelação intra-operatoria.

  22. COMPROMETIMENTO MULTIDISCIPLINAR • Cuidados pré-operatórios: • Tricotomia na sala de cirurgia • Medidas de assepsia , anti-sepsia • Lavagem de ferida operatória • Colocação de campos estéreis
