  2. Materials for class: • Binder • Pen/Pencil I encourage your child to keep a neat, organized binder. It should be able to “move” with them from level to level! Class will be conducted primarily in Spanish.

  3. Textbook: BuenViaje 2

  4. As per school policy, no credit may be given to student who has missed more that 10% of class. Students are responsible for any work missed during an absence.

  5. Late homework is not accepted.

  6. Students should speak to me after an extended absence.

  7. Students must be in their seats and ready to work at the start of class bell. Failure to arrive on time will result in a phone call home. Repeated tardiness will result in administrative intervention. Additionally, homework is checked at the start of the period, and will not be accepted with an unexcused lateness.

  8. Cell phones should be turned off and put away. I-pods and other hand held electronic equipment are not permitted in class. Be sure to follow school rules. • Headphones should not be worn in class. • Students should always be respectful of each other.
