  6. Interoperable Communications • In a COOP environment, interoperable communications must be: • Redundant. • Available within 12 hours of activation. • Sustainable for up to 30 days.

  7. Activity: Determining Communications Needs • Create a list of customers and/or organizations you would need to contact during COOP operations. • Identify the primary and backup means of communicating with them. • You will have 10 minutes to complete this activity.
