  1. + DOKTORAND / DOKTORANDIN In der Schwangerschaft entsprechen Fetus und Plazenta einem semi-allogenes Transplantat Toleranzinduzierende Mechanismen des fetalen und maternalen Immunsystems verhindern dabei die Abstoßung des fetalen Gewebes bis zur Geburt. Das Versagen dieser Mechanismen führt zu charakteristischen Erkrankungen in der Schwangerschaft.
