  3. 2010 Project Prioritization Schedule - CHANGE • April 2009 • CARTs develop draft 2010 project lists • Request and incorporate input from the market • 5 year project forecast referenced and updated • May 2009 • Initial review at Market Subcommittee meetings • MO - COPS (May 12) • RO - RMS (May 13) • SO - ROS, WMS (May 14 / May 20) • June 2009 • Approval by market subcommittees • MO - COPS (June 9) • RO - RMS (June 10) • SO - ROS, WMS (June 11 / June 17) • July 2009 • Approval by PRS • CO, IO, MO, RO, SO (July 23) • August 2009 • Approval by TAC (August 6) • Available for F&A and Board review (August 18)

  4. 2010 Project Prioritization Schedule - CHANGE • Reason for 2010 PPL Approval Date Change • Final 2010 ERCOT budget submission to be delivered to the Board in August • Delaying PRS and TAC approval by 1 month gives ERCOT time to perform detailed resource analysis of proposed 2010 projects to limit impacts to Nodal delivery • COPS, RMS, ROS and WMS approval took place on the original schedule to allow market input into the contents of the MO, RO and SO project lists
