  9. TransPort Integrator (TPI) Value Index Traceable Metrics for Carrier Performance Metrics Identified so far: • Carrier responsiveness to tender request: % of Tender Accepts • On-time performance for pick-up : % of Service failures for pick-up • On-time performance for delivery: % of Service failures for delivery • On-time responsiveness for carrier POD   • Carrier involvement in SmartWay Additional Metrics for discussion: 6. Lost or Damaged Goods – This metrics costs government real $$$ and is most expensive. (TBD) • Claims Resolution – Speed of handling and resolving claims ( TBD ) • Customer Satisfaction Surveys ( TBD )

  10. PayPort Express Requirements • GSA has become aware that TSP electronic submittal of invoices to Citibank's Syncada system are not being entered correctly and thus GSA is not receiving its IFF payment for the shipments.   • All of the agency PPE billing guides use the same language regarding IFF.   • On the first tab, refer to lines 28-32 • On the last tab, User Interface, it shows where to enter the codes in the interface. • It is a GSA requirement to supply the IFF code • If the TSP does not supply the IFF code of "F" on their EDI feed or manually enter it in the interface, Syncada is not able to calculate the IFF charge.  The IFF report will show "ZZ-Invalid" in the GSA Program column and a 0.00 in the IFF Amount column. • TSPs must enter the IFF code of "F" on your EDI feed or manually entering it in the interface.

  11. Hot Topics • IFF collection/requirements • Now at 1800 & F Street • GSA Freight personnel update • Approval documents updates • Will have to re-submit documents • Electronic re-submission • Future TSP Quarterly meetings • Need every quarter?
