THE CC MODEL • NHS-CB Intelligent Commissioner Programme • NHS-CB Commissioning Support Development Programme • These programmes underpinned by an Information Strategy mainly focused on commissioning • DHID – Informatics Transition Programme • Large Central Service Provider (Informatics England) • Local Informatics Programme • Local Shared Services Programmes (Locally Owned)

THE KD MODEL • NHS-CB Intelligent Commissioner Programme & NHS-CB Commissioning Support Development Programme stay the same • DHID Informatics Transition Programme only covers the development of a central service • probably based on the Project Portfolio Review • Now up to SHA Clusters to develop the Local Informatics Programme(s) • Trevor Leading on this. • Local Shared Services Programmes (Locally Owned)

Governance • Hopefully will report into the NHS Futures Board • With links to NHS Informatics Future Board • Working with:- • NHS-CB Intelligent Commissioner Programme • NHS-CB Commissioning Support Development Programme • DHID – Informatics Transition Programme • Initial work completed before Christmas • Feedback from the DI’s Reference Group
