  29. Findings of Monitoring Institute Districts covered : Sivasagar, Dibrugarh and Tinsukia The Cooking cost grant is not released regularly to the schools in all 3 districts. CCH is not getting regular remuneration of Rs. 1000.00 per month. Quality and quantity of MDM served is not satisfactory. Health cards were not found in any of the schools. Health Check ups are not carried out.
