  14. PEMERIKSAAN UMUM • ATLS • ABCD C-SPINE • PERIKSA KEPALA,THORAK,ABDOMEN • PERIKSA KEMUNGKINAN MULTIPLE TRAUMA • SHOCK

  15. PEMERIKSAANSTATUS LOKALIS • LOOK • FEEL • MOVE

  16. LOOK • DEFORMITAS Penonjolan abnormal, angulasi, rotasi dan diskrepensi. • FUNGSIOLAESA Hilangnya Fungsi.

  18. FEEL • Terdapat nyeri tekan dan nyeri sumbu.

  19. MOVE • Krepitasi • Nyeri gerak • ROM dan kekuatan • Abnormal movement.

  20. RADIOLOGI • Fraktur dengan tanda klasik diagnosis klinik bisa ditegakkan. • Fraktur dengan tanda non klasik, perlu pemeriksaan radiologis. • Minimal 2 proyeksi AP/Lateral Axial, alar dan obturator. Anak2 perlu sisi lain. Meliputi 2 sendi.

  22. TUJUAN PENGOBATAN FRAKTUR • MENGEMBALIKAN FUNGSI TULANG YANG PATAH DALAM JANGKA WAKTU SESINGKAT MUNGKIN.
