  2. Do Mary Kay just for your family! This June 2013 is an incredible month for us! We broke another record for June! We are no. 1 top unit production again! We have so many Consultants moving up their Career Path – Team Builder Siti, Senior Consultant Jean Chua, Senior Consultant Alyssa Chong, Senior Consultant Cassandra Ong, Senior Consultant Cindy Lam! So exciting for us all fighting to move up on stage this Seminar! I will be so proud to bring all of you onstage! I can’t wait! Yesterday I had a great meeting with my offspring, Joey , and she shared with me her exciting experiences in the Red Jacket Rally in Hangzhou and this inspiring story about an ESSD in China. She did Mary Kay for several months and gave up half way just to take care of her Fashion retail shop. This retail shop gives her income just enough for herself and paying her shop rental. One day, while she was having dinner with her family, she saw her mum was injured on one hand and cooking dinner using another hand and her dad was slightly handicapped due to too much work. It dawned on her that she needs to work harder so that her parents don’t need to work anymore. Hence she decided to go back to Mary Kay, to earn more income and realised that Mary Kay gives her more disposable income and time for her whole family. Now as an ESSD, her parents need not work anymore. She is able to sponsor her family every month and even bringing them for tour everynow and then.   3. After listening to this inspiring story, I felt compelled to inform all of you. Even for me, I need to work harder so that my parents will not need to work anymore. I look forward to earning that $10k a month this year so that I can sponsor my family and bringing them on tour every now and then. • I am so proud of you team members! Let’s work harder for our family members so that our parents will be proud to have us and also we are able to sponsor them in whatever they wanted. • I have great news too! FYI • My unit meeting (either Thurs or Friday) will include open classes too : Outline(we will be at main room and if not it will be room 1 incase main room taken)1st Thurs of the mth - Open skincare classes and Recognition! You can bring guests! If you bring guests, u will get a gift from me. 2nd Thurs of the mth - Fabulous Thurs - Color analysis / Open class. Recruit 1 bc this Fabulous Friday and if he or she activate min 150 psp, you get a set of 3 mirrors from me.3rd Thurs of the mth - unit meeting - How to sell & recruit.   13. Debrief for all Consultants while you attend my classes! • Every Thurs/ Friday at 7pm it’s our skincare/makeup open class. You can bring your guests, however you are required to bring your own products for your guests. • After the whole skincare class, let’s sit down together and do debrief. • As you can see from the above flow of the class, there are 3 parts. To all New Consultants, please memorise the following when you attend my classes: • For first class, memorise what I did for part 1. • Then when you come for the second class, memorise what I did for part 2 • and then when you come for third class, memorise what I did for part 3. During the classes, you can record or video taped me during the classes. This business is all about duplicating . Just duplicate what I did. And treat all your guests with the “Make me Feel Important” attitude. Tell me also your learning key points and what can you improve from there. Challenge for all Consultants (1 to 31 Jul 2013)– If you feel that you are ready, call me to observe your classes. Consultants who conduct at least 3 classes, will get a special gift from me!  SMS me at 96881798 when you have finished conducting 3 classes!
