Registration of certificates of origin for Ukrainian goods and services Registration of certificates of origin for Ukrainian goods and services intended for export; • General Certificate (in English); • Certificate of Origin for textiles being exported to the European Community; • "A" Certificate within the General System of Preferences • ST-1 Certificate for exports to the CIS countries; • General Certificate (in Russian); • advising on filling in EUR-1 Certificate; • B-1Certificate to used solely within the customs territory of Ukraine; • Certificate of Origin for services.

Commodity expertise • Expert opinion on the origin of goods; • Definition of product codes within UKTZED (Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity); • Assessing quality, quantity, cost and completeness of domestic and imported goods and raw materials; • Checking the package status, correct labeling, and sampling goods for analysis if necessary; • Examination of imported cargo arriving in containers and vehicles; • Inspection of goods before their export; • Expertise as regards product identification (raw materials); • Confirmation of cost standards for raw materials, stating a raw material percentage and its cost within the total cost of a finished product; • Assessing the degree of physical wear and tear for equipment and machinery.

Property assessment • Evaluation of immovable property (real estate), including land; • Evaluation of machinery and equipment, including used ones; • Evaluation of vehicles consisting of: • independent evaluation of property upon legal acts followed by the relevant reports and expert opinions; • advising on property operations; • reviewing property valuation reports.

  11. Issuing АТА carnets ATA Carnet is an international customs document that permits the tax-free and duty-free temporary export and import of goods for up to one year. The Carnet eliminates the need to purchase temporary import bonds. So long as the goods are re-exported within the allotted time frame, no duties or taxes are due.

  12. Tender training course and workshops Ternopil Chamber of Commerce provides tender training for the authorized persons for processing procurements according to the applicable law. The course program includes training on the procedure of public bidding and negotiating, also studying the state control acts as regards procurement, etc. Upon completing the course students receive certificates.

  13. Translations, legalization, visa advice and foreign language courses • translations from / into foreign languages with house certification or notarization; • Translation proofreading; • consecutive interpretation; • legalization of documents in the relevant ministries of Ukraine (Apostille) and foreign consulates according to the applicable law and international standards; • assisting in visa applications and advising on visa procedure; • foreign language courses for adults and high school students.

Promotion of foreign trade activities • organization of meetings and negotiations with representatives of foreign firms and companies; • organization of relevant trainings, seminars, conferences, presentations; • providing Ukrainian companies on reference and information related to foreign trade; • search for business partners in Ukraine and abroad; • Non-state Register of Reliable Partners; • assisting in trade marks registration procedure.

  15. E-statements "Sonata" reporting program is a tool for creating, signing and sending reports and tax bills, as well as viewing the receipts. It allows: • quick and easy filling in forms (more than 300 standard forms), automatic calculation and validation; • registration of tax invoices and payments, adjustments in the Unified State Register; • tax invoices and settlement exchange and adjustments between Sonata counterparties; • easy viewing of receipts and resubmitting the reports; • operations with primary documents: creation, registration and analysis.

  16. Representing “GS1 Ukraine”for bar code production Bar code is a unique identification within GS1. In order to get the bar code one must first become a member of GS1 that monitors bar code production worldwide. The association “GS1 Ukraine” is authorized to represent GS1 and other international organizations for the interests of Ukrainian producers and distributors. Ternopil Chamber of Commerce is an authorized representative of “GS1 Ukraine” in Ternopil region.

  17. Registration of trademarks and logos • advising on the rights to intellectual property; • preliminary analysis of trademark applications in accordance with relevant conditions for eligibility; • preliminary research for trademark novelty and similarity in Ukraine; • submitting applications for trademark registration.
