  6. Our History O.E.N. Enterprises (Pty) LTD was formed in 1970. A management takeover was done in 1997 and the company was owned by three shareholders. During the year of 2014, another change took place, when the company became a full level 1 BBEE company. The shares were divided and new management came on board. O.E.N. Enterprises (Pty) LTD, as a proud company we specialize in Radiation Monitoring, Emissions monitoring, Combustion Monitoring, Online Gas analyzers and Energy efficiency equipment.
