  2. Schöner Brunnen Nuremberg's star attraction is the Gothic SchönerBrunnen (Beautiful Fountain) which was erected around 1385.

  3. Christmas market • Nuremberg is also famous for itsChristkindlesmarkt (Christmas market), which draws well over a million shoppers each year. The market is famous for its handmade ornaments and delicacies.

  4. Church ofOurLady (Frauenkirche) • The Frauenkirche("Church of Our Lady") stands on the eastern side of the main market. It was built between 1352 and 1362. The church contains many sculptures, some of them heavily restored. One of the most notable features of the church is the "Männleinlaufen", a mechanical clock that commemorates the Golden Bull of 1356. • Since 1933 there is a Christchild every year in Nuremberg, which was played until 1968 by actors.
