ISSUES • State share for Cooking Cost and Hon. to CCH not released till December, 2012. • Pendency of release of Transportation Assistance for the year 2006-07: Approval needed from CAG. • Less coverage of working days especially in Upper Primary. • Delay in payment of honorarium to CCH (till June only). • Slow progress in procurement of Kitchen Devices • Nil coverage under School Health Programme

  30. MI Findings • In 28% of cases interruption was noticed due to delay of fund for 7-10 days in Dhemji District. • Health cards were not available in entire Dhemji District. • The kitchen sheds were not hygienic in Sonitpur District. • MDM menu was displayed only in 46% the sample schools in Morigaon District. Districts covered: Dhemaji, Sonitpur, Nagaon & Morigaon Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India
