  1. TPR Team Performance Report

  2. Remember... Safety SUCCESS Productivity Quality

  3. Where do the TPR #s come from? What the #s mean What’s the difference between TPR and PTS? Team Performance Report

  4. Where the #s come from • Productivity reflects the total number of cases received and shipped, this comes from your area Coach or Asst. Coach and is transmitted on a spreadsheet at the end of the day which also includes hours worked in that particular area (example: 7 hours @ 6001- Unloader, 4 hours @ 6005-Hauler this would come to a total of 11 Hours worked). • Daily Team Performance Report- this comes from the total amount of volume which is broke down by shift, job-code and hours. This is then entered into the system and generates a report which is calculated to get our Case Per Man Hour for the day to see if we meet our goal (which right now is 126 for the quarter and we are at 127.07 for the week) so we are over our goal which is where the warehouse wants to be so we can keep getting those incentive checks!! This is the report that hangs up in the hall-way.

  5. What the #s mean • Team production ~ It shows how we do as a team at DC 6099, or as a team by department or shift. • The DC’s TPR is calculated by taking the Cases Received + the Cases Shipped only (no pallets received, hauled, putaway, replenished, verified, cycled, etc.) Versus the total hours worked in the building. • Efficiency as a warehouse • How can we improve our TPR as a building? Department? Shift?

  6. PTS = Production Tracking System • This is then turned in to be keyed which is where your 1 week & 4 week roll-up numbers come from, including any errors that might have occurred during that time frame. • This is your PERSONAL productivity/efficiency (Your total volume versus your total hours worked) • How does it affect the TPR? • Why would it be different than the TPR? • What is good to record on your production sheet?
