  1. School Grades for 2011-12 Learning Gains on the FCAT 2.0 Notes: Remember to use the FLDOE reports that include the 2011 Retrofitted Scale Scores. DO not use ISIS or SPI data for 2011 to compute these gains.

Learning gains for FCAT Math or FCAT Reading using the NEW FCAT 2.0 Scale Score • Three Ways: • Improve an achievement level • Maintain level 3-5 • Remaining in Achievement Level 1 or 2 and demonstrate increase in the SS score Note: Retained students remaining in levels 1 or 2 will need to demonstrate the same amount of growth as non-retained students at the same grade level. Retained 3rd graders would be expected to demonstrate the same point gains as 4th graders. • Students who move up 1 or more achievement levels to • level 4 will receive additional weighting to 1.1 • Level 5 will receive additional weighting to 1.2
