  5. Everyone’s commitment Trip Hazards Stairwells Bags Cables & wires Open drawers and cabinets Boxes No texting while walking • Open doors slowly • Use handrails • When carrying packages, use the elevator Follow Rules, Speak Up, Be Mindful and Get Involved

  6. In case of an emergency If life threatening Call 9-911 for Medical, Fire or Police. For everything else call x6999 In all Coffee/Copy Rooms – Dial x6999 Exit using stairwells on both ends of the building. Emergency Team Members will help. In the middle of each floor Duck, Cover, Hold, Stay Put Security - x6999

  7. Evacuating the 3rd floor • When an alarm sounds and strobes flash, everyone is required to evacuate the building. • Do not use the elevators. • Use only the stairwells. Security - x6999

  9. Moving to safe refuge • Report to the Safe Refuge area located on the map. • Cross only at designated crosswalks. • Remain at the Safe Refuge area until the all clear signal has been given. Security - x6999
