    1. Our commitment to integrity BP code of conduct - Employee Concerns & Retaliation

    2. BP Code of Conduct – Employee Concerns Any employee who, in good faith, seeks advice, raises a concern or reports misconduct is following our code of conduct – and doing the right thing. BP will not tolerate retaliation against that person.

    3. Right to Express Concerns Right of everyone to raise concerns about safety, integrity and other aspects of our operations Without open input, we will not discover problems that could, if unaddressed, reduce our safety or integrity of our operations Everyone has a right and responsibility to shut down any process believed to be unsafe or lacks appropriate integrity We will foster an environment where all employees, contractor employees and contractor supervisors are crystal clear on our expectations – that all safety and integrity concerns can be and are raised without fear of any sort of retribution

    4. Retaliation in any form is not tolerated Retaliation is completely prohibited within BPXA operations BP will not retaliate against anyone who raises concerns; we will not tolerate retaliation by anyone who does business with us Expect prompt, immediate and effective action is taken in response to any complaint of retaliation Retaliation takes many forms: Treating people unfairly, harassing them, ignoring them, intimidating or bullying them - and can “chill” a work environment to the genuine expression of a safety or integrity concern Self-explanatory. It should be noted that retaliation against someone raising a concern is viewed as a particularly serious breach of the code. Self-explanatory. It should be noted that retaliation against someone raising a concern is viewed as a particularly serious breach of the code.

    5. BPXA Commitment Our commitment is to create an open culture based on integrity where - Workers feel free to raise concerns for improving operations without fear of retribution, and Leaders welcome input for improving operations We are judged not by what we say but by what we do.
