  1. Review Project Brianna Trego & Tabitha Parker

  2. Desert / Hot Land • Ecumene- A place where people live. • Migration- Moving from one place to the other with other people. • Pastoral Nomadism- Form of subsistence agriculture of the herding of domesticated animals. • This is a photo in the desert of people moving with luggage meaning they could be migrating somewhere, and that the camel is domesticated.

  3. City • Concentric Zone Model- The CBD is in the center and outer edges are of rural areas. • Suburbs- District immediately outside of a town especially a residential area. • Rural- Characteristic of the country or pertaining to the country. • This is a picture of the concentric zone model because the city is in the center and then on the outskirts is suburbs and rural areas.

  4. Burial • CBR- Crude birth rate. • CDR- Crude death rate. • Population- The number of people in a place. • Burial Practice- a specific way of a “going away” ceremony. • The picture is showing more people are living than the people dying which is a higher CBR than a CDR.

  5. Car • Auto Alley- A strip of land in the U.S. that specializes in car making/building. • Bulk-Gaining Industry- The price of raw materials weighs less than the finished product. • Assembly Line- Arrangement of workers, equipment or machines where the product being made passes consecutively from operation to operation until it’s finished.
