  3. Program Details • Ankle Bracelet Worn by Defendant • Utilizes GPS and Cellular Technology • Average Jail Cost Savings is $1,000 per Defendant • Reduced Court Setting Time From 14 to 7 days for Defendants Held on Bond Mesa Municipal Court
