Scope of Work Trade • General representation in the market • Respond and fulfill trade, press, and consumers requests • Organize and conduct sales missions: LA and Japan • (Dedicate two Utah days on Japan sales mission) • Represent Utah at JATA-World Travel Fair in Tokyo • Coordinate 4 group tour operator Fams • Product development: Golf & Ski • Utah seminar text development: 1,200 cds to be created • Tour Product Inventory • Create distribution plan for UOT Japanese Vacation Guide • Participate in International Pow Wow • Synergize with Delta Air Lines Utah Marketing & PR Action Plan

  3. Scope of Work Media • Represent UOT at USTA Media Market Place in Tokyo • Coordinate 2 group and 2 individual Press Trips to Utah • Update Web site and create new Utah content • Translate & distribute UOT Press Releases
