  4. System Site Preparation • Initial, future and operations budget • Server & Workstations & Network • Layout & Workflow & Lighting • Power & Air conditioning • Backup devices & Media • Printing & Supplies & Storage • Redundancy for equipment failure • Physical Security & Risks Assessment

  5. RPT Data Assessment • Treasury Office • Tax Account Registers (RPTAR) • Tax Order to Pay (RPTOP) • Official Receipts • Statements of Account • Assessment Office • Field Appraisal Assessment Sheet (FAAS) • Tax Declaration (TD)
