MAXIM – Implementation Plan SEPTEMBER 2005 Work on site • How to raise interest to look for job ? • How to gain trust in the community ? • How to collect data for the project ? • How to reveal real needs of the Roma ? • How to assess abilities of the target group ? • How to reveal the educational needs ? • How to use the forms and documents ?

MAXIM – Implementation Plan SEPTEMBER 2005 On site work 2 - tasks • Register job seekers ( e.g. Minimum 1 person a day ) • Collect personal data ( 3 surveys daily) • Bring the interested to the local MAXIM office to process data • Sustain good relations and contact with the applicants • Assist the registered in training courses • Replace the employees by other job seekers • Co-operate in team

MAXIM – Implementation Plan SEPTEMBER 2005 Office Work • Registration of job seekers / for training courses • Data processing • Administration of the project (office supply, accounting, reporting) • Technical Support and communication (E-mail, phone, mail) • Programme and Financual reports, monitoring • Databases and employers profiles • Processing data on resources and opportunities

MAXIM – Implementation Plan SEPTEMBER 2005 Negotiation with employers • Obtain data about employers (company profiles, opportunities) • Initiate contact / motivate the employers • Conclude agreements / partnership relations • Monitor xenophoby and marginalisation cases • Prepare team development aims • Provide garancy and reliability • Act on behalf of local team • Collaborate with co-ordination unit and general manager of MAXIM

MAXIM – Implementation Plan OCTOBER 2005 Main tasks of the teams • Introduce daily regime (system of work ) • Implement monitoring of the advance and internal evaluation • Start job negotiation • Prepare the job seekers for first module of training • Objective : Establish a „good name“ of the agencies !

MAXIM – Implementation Plan DECEMBER 2005 • Prepare a system of training of job seekers • Strategy of new job creation • Evaluate the recommendations of TN partners • Identification of programmes and mechanisms of local team sustainability • Prepare job seekers for second module of training • Establish new PP partnerships with employers • Integrate training with job negotiations

MAXIM – Implementation Plan OCTOBER 2006 MAIN TASKS • Prepare projects of new job creation • Obtain resources for sustainability of local teams • Evaluate the impact of the project on Roma community after the first year of implementation • Assess the impact of integrated education with job negotiation and mediation • Prepare the final conference • Prepare final evaluation and recommendations
